Kids – An average kid’s breakfast of cereal, toast with Nutella and a smoothie could contain as much as 15 teaspoons of sugar!
Mums – watch out for sushi, some low fat yoghurts, salad dressings and soups!
Try some natural sugar alternatives such as agave, coconut sugar and rice malt syrup.
